IRELAND - DAY 2

SUN16/12/2007Plan asal kami nak ke Belfast tapi hubby pulak demam dan batuk sampai terpaksa call doktor(lupa nak inform hotel kami nak nak private doktor), our apt at 11.30, since kereta yg kami sewa tu manual, terpaksalah hubby gagahkan diri bawa kereta sendiri ke klinik
Around 3.00pm bila hubby dah ok sikit (doktor kasi antibiotik kuat)we all teruskan agenda ke Trinity College and Grafton Street(macam Oxford Street)

IRELAND - ARRIVAL n DAY 1
|

FRI14/12/2007Bertolak dari London Sanstead to Dublin Airport using RyanAir, flight delay for 1/2 an hour, arrived at 11.30, pick-up our car at Hertz-car rental then direct to Travelodge Castleknock
SAT15/12/2007Our first stop was at Garden of Remembrance next to Dublin Writers Museum, then we went to Bachelors Walk kat sini ada Ha' Penny Bridge,some photo infront of Custom House Building. Before that singgah dulu kat Hard-rock(just next to car park)
Plan asal nak ke Trinity College, tapi bila masuk kereta semua terus lentok(mlm tadi 2am baru tidur)terus balik hotel.
Petang at 4pm(tapi dah gelap mcm mlm) we all keluar lagi ke O'Connell Street kat sini terletak ni General Post Office and Dublin Spire(120 meter tall).
Kalau nak bandingkan dengan London, macam KL dgn Kota Bharu(ketika bukan musim cuti/perayaan).

BIRTHDAY PARTY

7/12/07Ammar attending Cameron's bday party at Topsy Turvy World just next to Brent Cross multi storey parking. After drop off him we all went to Brent Cross. The party started at 6.00pm till 7.30pm, hubby terpaksa balik awal today to send Ammar.
8/12/07Nabila's 2nd bday party at Azam's hse. Menunya meehoon sup ekor. Hemmm.. at this weather(winter time) dpt makan sup...

1/12/07A year-end party co-host by Maybank n PNB. menarik sungguh sebab setelah beberapa tahun asyik dinner kat hotel yg sama je. so this time, river cruise on London Rose for 4 hrs. Panorama waktu malam sungguh menakjubkan....bila passed by Tower Bridge masing2 cepat2 naik atas dek ambik gambar.....sejukkkkkkkk...thanks to bos sb snap gambar kami...ahemmm. Makanan ala indian food...kena bayar premium for halal food tapi tak le macam kat bricklane - you can try the rest but we are the best..itulah Shalimar. Anyway, all my kids like the food very much...especially the barbeque chicken and naan bread. Namun begitu, everybody enjoy dan penyanyi jemputan dr Ealing tak nak lepas "mike".
The next day, chef wan buka kelas mengirai roti jala. Last last semua jadi chef......pas tu makan sendiri.....kita nak tunggu pulak kelas chef su n chef lina.........

VIOLIN CONCERT

29/11our boys were having their violin concert organized by the school. For novice, they performed in groups except Ammar who got the opportunity to perform solo....with teacher's guidance..good job Ammar. I really enjoyed the concert..like Vanessa Mae. Each class took turn to perform on different day and I had to attend 3 days session. Luckily the school is nearby..3 min super fast walk.

SHOOTING AT HYDE PARK

1/12/07 Author asal sibuk dgn tugasan class parent - tengah sort out gift vouchers utk cikgu2 class Hilmi so abahnya ambik alih tugas jadi penulis.
Cuaca panas setelah beberapa hari hujan..ambik peluang keluar ke Hyde Park sebab malamnya nak pi Office dinner - naik cruise kat River Thames. Cuaca panas tapi sejuknya melampau. Ni pun dah penghujung autumn. Kami jalan2 dan ambik gambar kat dengan Sepertine Lake dan main bola dengan my kids. Macam biasa..bila jalan2 ni ada le yg buat perangai.. Sejuk2 ni perut memang cepat berkeroncong....apa lagi kami pi Makan Cafe kat Portobello Mkt for lunch.

HILMI SCHOOL TRIP

23/11/07 Hilmi's class went for an education trip to Victoria & Albert Museum (V&A). They went there for stories and culture workshop. They learnt how to make a story; create a character, the beginning and ending of a story. They toured around the museum to get an idea for their story.
Normally most of the school trip will be accompanied by parents. So in this trip the class teacher required 3 parents to volunteer. Only two turned up for the trip so as the class parent, I got to volunteer myself. We went there by school bus. Seronok juga dapat naik bas sekolah. Lepas tu layan bedudak ni semua. Myself kena jaga 4 orang including Hilmi. They spent almost half a day at the V&A. Everybody enjoyed the trip....myself dapat jalan2 hilang boring duduk rumah.
4/12/07 Second trip, Hilmi's class went for an ART workshop. This time nearby at our place only walking distance at LIGCA in 02 Center, Finchley Road. Here they learn how to describe a painting; the color, shapes and everthing. My hubby kata ni lebih kurang macam kelas art dia masa kat college dulu; kena interpret the painting. They spent there one hour. Memang the kids suka coz after that dapat main dengan color and applied what they have learned.

GAL'S BIRTHDAY PARTY

[b]SAT 24/11/07 Hubby planned to take us to London Bridge but the kids did not want to go, they instead wanted to go somewhere that they could buy things not SIGHTSEEING, so we brought them to PRIMARK (most cheapest store in London) at Oxford Street. There were so many people to pay so to save time we just looked for their size and then on Tuesday I went back myself to buy the stuffs.(banyak le pulak barang tambahan yg dibeli)
Later in the afternoon we sent Ammar to his classmate birthday at Abbey Road Community Hall with the theme "Mad Science".
While waiting we took our late lunch at Woody's Grill at Kilburn - not bad: the taste and price.

MAJLIS TAHLIL AT DR KAMRUL'S HOUSE

17/11majlis tahlil was at 6.00pm so in the morning after breakfast we brought our kids to British Museum for the ice skating, as we reaced there the ticket was sold out for the day(we should buy the ticket on-line), since dah sampai situ masuk jugaklah ke dlm museum even though we have been there before.
On the way back the bus (no 414) ended the service next to the hyde park,since we were there we decided to enjoy the autumn scenery at the park.
The Dr Kamarul's majlis started imediately after Ustaz arrived around 6.30pm. My hubby got to know him by chance in a tube. Happen so he knows my hubby's uncle who studied together at Manchester. Thanks again for the invitation......hemm foods alhamdulliah gulai rebung, ikan masin, ayam bakar n daging goreng memang out of this world. Termasuk juga le air selasih.......hemmmm memang tak terkata. Terimakasih kembali..semoga arwah (bapa Dr ) di cucuri rahmat. Al Fatihah. Amin.

MY NEW TOY AND EMY'S PARTY

11/11/07 at last yesterday 10/11 hubby bought me a new camera when the previous one being out of order (all the photos taken blur) and this is my 3rd camera, 1st one nikon 3200 lost while we were watching disney on ice at bukit jalil the 2nd one nikon 5900 and this time nikon p5000.
the first job is taking photo during husna attening emy's birthday party.
as the party started at 10.30, after drop off our boys we had our breakfast at nahar cafe.
